Issues: Senior Citizens Unemployed and Low-Income Entitlements and the Safety Net Health Insurance

We have a social and moral obligation to provide safety nets and care for our seniors. Social programs
such as Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security represent the return on the investment that seniors
have made in us. We must by all means meet this moral obligation. As Congressman, I will protect the
sanctity of these programs. Beyond that, I propose the following:
1. Property tax abatement according to need
2. Free or discounted Estate Planning services
3. Medicare and Medicaid penalties eliminated or reduced based upon need
4. No touch policy" on Medicare, Medicare and Social Security benefits
